Volunteer Services
Please mark below those areas that you are interested in participating as a volunteer.  

Home maintenance
Includes assisting members with small chores in and around the house such as installing a light bulb, moving a piece of furniture, repairing a mailbox, hanging a picture, etc.
Illness related services
Includes infrequent services associated with a member's illness or hospitalization.  Examples are participation in a meal train during a member's illness, taking items to the hospital or being present when a hospital procedure requires an attendant. 
Personal Support
Includes services  which are more specific to the member and difficult to define ahead of time. Examples include problems associated with vision impairment, mobility issues, information support, friendly visits, etc. 
Severe weather support
Includes infrequent services associated with severe weather.  Examples are checking on a neighbor in severe weather, providing for heat or food or alternate location, moving weather debris to the street, and ice or snow removal.
Technology
Includes helping members with technology problems such as the internet, a phone (landline or cell), a radio, a computer/ tablet, a sound system, etc. In the comments below, please indicate if you are limited to only one system: Mac or PC.
Transportation
Includes taking members to medical appointments, errands (hair appointments, grocery shopping, banking), events on Monte Sano, and the airport.
Vacation Support
Includes infrequent services associated with a member's absence due to vacation.  Examples are outside pet monitoring, house monitoring, and/or watering plants.
Village Assistance
Includes assistance to provide hosting for social activities, help in setting up programs, providing or preparing refreshments for member activities, taking pictures at events, providing help with program presentation (setting up PA or slide show equipment), writing articles, helping with website or social media material, etc.
Weekly Update Delivery
Includes delivery of the the weekly email update to 2-4 members for a period of one month. There are a few members who do not not use email or the internet. Volunteers are encouraged to offer a friendly hello or a short visit if the member is home.

Weekday Availability

Please indicate your weekday availability. You may check more than one time period. If you have any exceptions, please list them in the comments. For example, if you are usually available on weekday mornings, but have a conflict on Mondays, make us aware of this in the comments.
